We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product availability is subject to stock levels.

Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Accra and surrounding areas. Payment must be completed before delivery is finalized. Skys ICTs reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.

We offer delivery across Ghana. Delivery timelines depend on your location and product availability. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders within Ghana. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds

6. Warranty
Most products sold by Skys ICTs come with a manufacturer warranty of up to 12 months. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
