Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Skys ICTs, we deliver quality technology products across Ghana. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all regions of Ghana, including Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Koforidua, Somanya, Ho, Tamale, and surrounding areas. For locations outside Greater Accra, please contact us to confirm delivery arrangements and timelines.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Greater Accra: 1–2 business days
  • Other regions in Ghana: 2–5 business days
  • Bulky items / installations: Scheduled at a time convenient for you

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above GHS 5,000 within Greater Accra
  • For orders below GHS 5,000, a delivery fee applies based on your location and is calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team
  • Deliveries outside Greater Accra may attract additional charges depending on distance and item size

Payment on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Accra and surrounding areas. You can also pay via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) or bank transfer. Payment is confirmed before or at the point of delivery.

Installation Services

For products requiring professional installation (POS systems, CCTV cameras, biometric access control, smart home devices), our technicians will schedule a convenient installation date after delivery. Installation within Greater Accra is included for qualifying products; installation outside Accra may attract a travel fee, confirmed in advance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery and keep you updated on its status. For any delivery enquiries, contact us at +233 54 242 8245.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on returns and replacements.
