Refund and Returns Policy

At Skys ICTs, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all accessories included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Software licenses and digital products once activated
• Consumables (e.g. thermal paper rolls) once opened
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via email at [email protected] or call/WhatsApp us
2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return with photos of the defect
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions
4. Ship the item back to our Achimota office or arrange a pickup (for Accra customers)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund method will match the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via Mobile Money or bank transfer

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Warranty

Most products sold by Skys ICTs come with a manufacturer warranty of up to 12 months. Warranty claims are handled directly through our support team and cover manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage from misuse.
